What's great is this solution is scalable from a single exhibition stand to a whole Partner Conference with all the bells and whistles.
When life gets back to normal again and the prospect of face to face meetings / exhibitions is once again a reality we will be offering a service whereby we can design and build your physical stand then run a separate virtual stand in tandem so that you will be able to maximise your footfall and welcome all your prospects wherever they may be. As the virtual stand uses the same CAD design as the physical one, this is a great way to get all the benefits whilst maintaining brand guidelines. If you already have an existing stand design we can work with you to create a virtual copy of the stand once again maximising opportunities and getting the best value for money!

Your delegates will click on a link on your invitation which will take them to your dedicated Virtual Exhibition Foyer with your branding / welcome video playing on the massive LED wall, your content will be listed as options on digital sign posts to include; Webcasts, Main Plenary Presentations, Networking with other attendees, plus directions to move into the exhibition hall as it would be in real life.

The schedule of events will be exactly as if it was held in a real venue with opening registration, networking, coffee breaks, plenary session and breakout sessions, live demonstrations and even competitions! These options are directly linked to conferencing software including Zoom. This offers the seamless admin control of invitations, registration, calendar, webcasts, plenary session presentations and training / breakout rooms!
