Event Schedules & Registration will be the same as a Physical Event.

Your delegates will click on a link on your invitation which will take them to your dedicated Virtual Event Foyer with your branding or welcome video playing on the massive virtual LED wall, your content will be listed as options on digital sign posts to include; Webcasts, Main Plenary Presentations, Networking with other attendees, plus directions to move into the exhibition hall or conference spaces as it would be in real life.   
The schedule of events will be exactly as if it was held in a real venue with opening registration, networking, coffee breaks, plenary session and breakout sessions, live demonstrations and even competitions! These options are directly linked to conferencing software including Zoom. This offers the seamless admin control of invitations, registration, calendar, webcasts, plenary session presentations and training / breakout rooms!
